Marketing Solutions Specialist

Drive customer growth and retention as a Marketing Solutions Specialist at a leading UK organisation specialising in marketing solutions for accountants and bookkeepers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute account-based marketing plans targeting large firms and small practices/bookkeepers.
  • Lead marketing campaigns highlighting the product's value through educational initiatives, product launches, promotions, and advocacy activities.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of marketing assets from concept to execution, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Draft and oversee lifecycle communications, track performance, and apply insights to refine future strategies.
  • Conduct customer interviews and competitor analysis, sharing insights across teams.
  • Work with various marketing functions (e.g., events, PR, product marketing) to ensure a compelling communications calendar.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and account-based marketing in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency across multiple marketing channels and formats, including email, webinars, video, case studies, social media, and events.
  • Strong content creation skills and experience managing marketing communications.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
