Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Rudy's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, managing our team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
