We are MGF LTD, a leading provider of Shoring Solutions, Lifting & Safety, and Structural Support. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Our expertise lies in the design, manufacture, rental, and sale of temporary works solutions. At MGF, we take pride in our in-house manufacturing capabilities, our own transport fleet, and a dedicated engineering team that crafts tailored design solutions to meet our clients' needs.

With 14 depots across the country and a team of 400 committed professionals, we recognize that each member plays a vital role in our success. We invite you to contribute as a Sales Operations Coordinator to help us maintain our industry-leading performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with the preparation of quotes, designs, follow-ups, CRM management, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct research on sales leads and projects as requested by the sales team or management.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to manage and organize their schedules effectively.
  • Welcome and assist visitors as needed.
  • Draft standard correspondence and other documents as required.
  • Offer general administrative support to the depot, including file organization, photocopying, and research tasks.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries and routine correspondence.
  • Transfer relevant leads to project teams and set follow-up actions for sales representatives.
  • Assist the Hire Office team with their responsibilities, promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a busy office setting, ideally within a sales or rental environment.
  • Proficient in customer interactions, both over the phone and in person.
  • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with excellent administrative and organizational capabilities.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Eager to learn and embrace new challenges.
