Job Title: Head of Growth and Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth and Development to join our team at Build Force Talent UK Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial success across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue growth and commercial success
  • Lead and manage a high-performing commercial team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and commercial success
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and commercial success

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial success in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial principles
