About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Revenue Growth Strategist to help optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and boost revenue. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with senior leaders, driving revenue forecasting, operational strategy, and business growth. You'll report to the Director of Revenue Operations and play a key role in shaping the future of our sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Directors to identify revenue opportunities and optimize performance
- Drive accurate revenue forecasting and align team targets
- Create and present sales performance reports to leadership
- Lead sales target setting and territory management
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights
- Ensure CRM data integrity (Salesforce) and pipeline accuracy
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and support sales compensation processes
- Monitor pricing and discount practices to protect margins
What We're Looking For
We're after someone with sharp analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a knack for driving results in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations (Financial Services, Tech, or B2B sectors preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales/marketing automation tools
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookups, Power Query)
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or BANT
