Position: Operational Excellence Manager Location: Full-time on-site Compensation: Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective execution of initiatives and projects that yield quantifiable advantages for the organization, often funded through the anticipated savings from these initiatives.
  • Support the enhancement of team capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring in methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure the development of practical and sustainable solutions that take into account processes, systems, and human factors.
  • Create and manage project timelines that are capable of achieving desired outcomes within specified deadlines.
  • Engage regularly with senior management to ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities.
  • Supervise project execution and conduct necessary reviews in accordance with established operational frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or extensive relevant industry experience.
  • In-depth understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, with a proven history of successful implementation.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM-related field or relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in project and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.
