Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheading and participating in various Operational Excellence initiatives while promoting responsible business practices.
- Overseeing the implementation of relevant improvement methodologies and ensuring team members and stakeholders comprehend the associated content, risks, and control measures, demonstrating their ability to apply these effectively.
- Assisting the Operational Excellence Management team with both scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
- Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues.
- Contributing to the functional advancement of Operational Excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Proficient understanding of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles.
- Proven ability in presentation skills and leading workshops.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and encourage them to embrace change.
- Experience in analyzing complex issues and conveying insights to various stakeholders.
- A background in STEM or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Ideally certified as a Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Qualified, or possess relevant industry experience.
