Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheading and participating in various Operational Excellence initiatives and promoting responsible business practices.
- Overseeing the implementation of relevant improvement methodologies and tools, ensuring team members and stakeholders comprehend the content, associated risks, and control measures, while demonstrating their ability to apply them effectively.
- Assisting the Operational Excellence Management team with both scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
- Offering mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Contributing to the functional growth of Operational Excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Solid understanding of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles.
- Proven experience in presentation skills and facilitating workshops.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of individuals and teams to foster change and secure buy-in.
- Experience in analyzing complex issues and conveying insights to various stakeholders.
- Preferred background in STEM or equivalent experience.
- Ideally certified as a Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Qualified, or possess relevant industry experience.
