Role Overview:
The Continuous Improvement Program Manager will be pivotal in driving the successful execution of various projects that yield quantifiable benefits for the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field, or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in project and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency.
- Proven history of delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
