This pivotal role will guide clients through the product lifecycle journey, from initial concept to market launch, encapsulating the full spectrum of product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and expand relationships with both new and established clients to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead project oversight, collaborating with the R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Drive business growth through proactive upselling and cross-selling, leveraging cutting-edge innovation and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop detailed product costings and quotes during client interactions to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Strategically explore and develop new market opportunities to expand the client's presence and reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Robust experience in B2B Sales and Account Management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining key account relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking, with a keen attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, but not essential.
