We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical organization to recruit a Management Accountant to enhance their Finance department.

This dynamic role encompasses both inventory management and monthly financial reporting, requiring a proactive and adaptable approach to meet business needs.

As a key business partner, you will collaborate with various departments to support and drive business objectives while ensuring robust financial controls are upheld.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and consolidation of the Business Plan and Demand Plan in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Forecast demand at the product line level through close collaboration with the business.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain accuracy and optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate supply management and stock movements with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Prepare month-end Profit & Loss statements, including variance analysis and product margin evaluations.
  • Assist in consolidating monthly financial results.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Evaluate operational KPIs and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Maintain management reporting procedures using various analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with Global Finance and Supply Teams.
  • Support the preparation and updating of presentations that provide strategic business insights.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree level, Qualified or nearly qualified accountant.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of financial and supply chain experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of work with competing priorities.
  • Attributes: Innovative, customer-centric, and capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
