We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Accountant to join our team at Bespoke Personnel. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Be part of a small accounts team and maintain the integrity of the accounting records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including reconciling and analysing balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare month-end journals, raise revenue invoices, and maintain revenue registers.
- Process expenses and company credit cards, and implement changes to the authorisation process as required.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset register and reconcile to the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly VAT returns and deal with VAT-related matters.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and provide ad-hoc finance administration support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified accountant with 1-2 years post-qualification experience to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- ACCA or ACA fully qualified with a minimum of 2-3 PQ experience.
- Strong communication and team-playing skills, with a keen eye for detail and data analysis skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ambitious and flexible attitude.
Salary: £50,000 depending on experience. Working Monday to Friday in the office.
