Job Summary:

We are seeking two highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Graduate Teaching Assistants at a Secondary School in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their teaching career and gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the teaching department to identify and support students who require additional help.
  • Champion students who are academically gifted and need encouragement to excel.
  • Provide one-to-one tutor support and interventions with small groups prior to GCSE or A Level examinations.
  • Offer detailed feedback on student progress and development to teachers.

  • Applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
  • Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. This may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
