About the Role

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Psychology Graduates to join Teaching Personnel, a leading education recruitment agency, in a special school in Birmingham that focuses on Autism, Social Emotional and Mental Health, and Learning Difficulties.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the lives of students, helping them on their path to independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young adults with educational, social, and sensory/additional needs.
  • Work one-on-one and in small groups to make learning engaging and accessible.
  • Learn and apply different teaching styles across various age groups and key stages, including Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and Post-16.
Ideal Candidates

  • Social Work
  • Educational Studies
  • Youth and Community Studies
  • Or any other related degree
