This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users, and we require someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and Implementation: Monitor the implementation of our safeguarding policy and procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
- Safeguarding Guidance: Provide guidance and support to colleagues on safeguarding matters, including responding to questions and concerns.
- Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in safeguarding.
