Job Title: Research and Engagement Officer

Black Country Women's Aid is seeking a highly skilled Research and Engagement Officer to join its Community Engagement Project. The successful candidate will have experience in research and analysis, with a strong understanding of sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct desk-based research on sexual exploitation and human trafficking
  • Collaborate with police and partner agencies to identify and support victims
  • Collect and analyze data to inform project development
  • Contribute to BCWA's FCDO-funded Romania Project and other initiatives
Requirements:
  • Female candidate with experience in research and analysis
  • Strong understanding of sexual exploitation and human trafficking
  • Ability to work collaboratively with law enforcement and partner agencies
  • DBS checks required
