Adult Safeguarding Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Safeguarding Officer to join our team at Sja's West. As a key member of our Safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the implementation of our safeguarding policy to ensure it is effective and up-to-date.
- Provide guidance and support on safeguarding matters to colleagues and volunteers.
- Respond to questions and concerns regarding safeguarding in a timely and professional manner.
As a Safeguarding Officer with Sja's West, you will have access to a range of training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Our Safeguarding team is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our service users, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference.
Requirements- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
