About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Enterprise Directorate team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Shott Scale Up Accelerator, a flagship programme that helps engineering and technology entrepreneurs and business leaders grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy your skills and expertise to deliver an excellent experience for awardees
  • Manage the programme's outward-facing relationship management and 'behind-the-scenes' programme management
  • Work with innovative companies and the wider network of the Academy, including the Fellowship
  • Deepen your knowledge of technology commercialisation, investment, scaling, new markets entry, and grant programme management
  • Help our programme remain on track and evolve to remain best-in-class
