Working Hours: 11:00 pm - 08:00 am on a weekly 7-day rotating shift pattern
Salary: £25,015.27 per annum
Job Summary: LCS is seeking dedicated and passionate Residential Childcare Support Workers to work a maximum of 4 nights per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Assist with daily living tasks and activities to promote independence and well-being
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
