Job Title: Director of Customer Success EMEA

The Director of Customer Success EMEA will play a crucial role in driving customer success and satisfaction across the EMEA region. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless customer experiences, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to Customer Success Managers to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and customer retention.
