Job Title: Director of Customer Success EMEA

At SnapLogic, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Success EMEA to lead our customer success team in the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer success, retention, and growth across our EMEA customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to address customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure SnapLogic remains competitive and innovative in the market.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and growth in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop targeted strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional international travel.
