About the Role

As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to children in our residential homes. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential homes
  • Work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with the children
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements
