Role Overview

As a Nursery Practitioner at Childbase Partnership, you will have the opportunity to inspire young minds and support their growth and development. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team and contribute to providing outstanding care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of our team to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of activities, resources, and equipment to support children's learning and development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.

Requirements

  • Early years qualified to level 3, 4, 5, or 6, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts between 07:30 and 18:30, Monday-Friday, all-year-round.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and children.
  • Passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
