HR Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR function, while providing support to our managers and wider business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have generalist HR experience and a basic understanding of employment law. You will be responsible for providing support to our managers in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment campaigns, absence and lateness reviews, and disciplinary processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our HR team
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns and onboarding new starters
  • Handle absence and lateness reviews, and disciplinary processes
  • Administer monthly payroll and manage our company pension scheme
  • Provide flexible administrative support to our HR team

Requirements

  • Generalist HR experience and basic understanding of employment law
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and handling of sensitive information
  • Logical approach, good time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
