**Salary**: IRO £30,000 per annum (FTE)

**The Company**

Set up in 1993, we have grown to become one of the South West’s leading plastics manufacturers. We specialise in rotational moulding, producing a wide variety of agricultural and industrial products. Alongside our own product ranges we also provide contract moulding for a wide range of manufacturers.

**The Position**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established family business as the HR and Payroll Administrator and to work alongside our small friendly team. You will carry out a range of HR and payroll transactional activities to include recruitment campaigns, onboarding and induction, payroll processing, absence management, employee relations, and much more.

The main duties of the role include:

- Administering monthly payroll (approx. 65 people)
- Administering pension scheme
- Supporting recruitment campaigns
- Arranging onboarding and new starter inductions including processing paperwork
- Looking after absence, lateness and appraisals reviews
- Supporting managers in disciplinary, capability and grievance processes
- Dealing with ad-hoc staff enquiries through the various stages of the employment life-cycle
- Liaising with external employment advisors as required
- Flexible administration assistance in other departments, if needed.

Payroll related duties will make up an important part of this role therefore you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar position as well as confidence in payroll systems and the wider Microsoft office suite.

You will have some generalist HR experience and a basic understanding of employment law, but you do not need to be CIPD accredited. You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and must show that you are fully aware how to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
