Job Summary

Rubicon People Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our well-established and friendly team. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR function, while providing support to our managers and wider business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our managers in day-to-day HR activities, including:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and arranging onboarding for new starters
  • Handling absence, lateness, and appraisal reviews
  • Assisting with disciplinary, capability, and grievance processes
  • Addressing staff enquiries and providing flexible administrative support
  • Administering monthly payroll and managing the company pension scheme

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Generalist HR experience and basic understanding of employment law
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll systems and Microsoft Office (SAGE 50 would be desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and handling of sensitive information
  • A logical approach, good time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
