HR Administrator Opportunity
Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to provide support to our managers and wider business. You will be responsible for handling absence, lateness, and appraisal reviews, as well as assisting with disciplinary, capability, and grievance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our managers and HR team.
- Assist with recruitment campaigns and onboarding for new starters.
- Handle absence, lateness, and appraisal reviews.
- Support with disciplinary, capability, and grievance processes.
- Administer monthly payroll and manage the company pension scheme.
Requirements
- Generalist HR experience and basic understanding of employment law.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and handling of sensitive information.
- Logical approach, good time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
