About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our client in their own home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client's physical and emotional needs are met, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our client with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support our client in their community, accompanying them to appointments and social activities.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our client, promoting their mental health and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan is in place.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in mental health care or a related field.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure and ability to work with vulnerable adults.
  • Male applicant only, due to the client's specific needs.
  • Ability to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way.
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs.
