Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our customer support team in providing exceptional technical assistance. As the first point of contact, you will offer guidance and support to our customers. Our product support team is skilled in troubleshooting and will work closely with you to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Provide precise technical support to customers and installers through various communication channels.
  • Manage sales inquiries and return processes efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to test and refine new products or features.
