Job Title: ECRS Mk2 Systems Engineer

Role Overview:

As an ECRS Mk2 Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the management and execution of engineering tasks related to the ECRS Mk2 Radome and Radar components. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including suppliers, procurement teams, and engineering management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and expedite the preparation of supporting documentation in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Act as the technical engineering liaison with internal teams, providing day-to-day support and attending project management meetings.
  • Deliver internal status updates and present relevant documentation to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the integration of the Radome into the overall platform.
  • Manage the legacy support for Radome and associated products, ensuring maintenance and operational readiness.
  • Assist in occasional flight and equipment trials testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, or substantial professional experience in a related engineering role.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of RF transmission principles.
  • Familiarity with composite materials.
