About EDF's Nuclear Graduate Programme

What You'll Do
As a Nuclear Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across our nuclear power stations, including design, construction, operation, and decommissioning. You'll rotate through exciting placements, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in areas such as system design, project management, and health and safety.
Training and Development
We're committed to your growth and development, offering a tailored training path to enhance your skills and knowledge. You'll have access to protected training time for courses covering nuclear fundamentals, EPR systems, communications, and health and safety. Our scheme is accredited with a number of professional institutions, and we'll support you to gain chartership with the relevant professional body.

Requirements
To join our team, you'll need a 2:2 Bachelor's Degree or a 2:2 Postgraduate Degree (obtained or expected) in Engineering, Science, or a related subject. You'll need to have a genuine interest in nuclear energy, the power generation industry, and technology, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. You must also meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which generally requires you to have been a UK resident for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
