Job Summary

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality and quantity of products produced at our Bridgewater facility. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a ability to analyze quality results to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality standards and ensure compliance across the manufacturing process.
  • Analyze quality results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement corrective and preventative action plans to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the quality and technical departments to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical awareness and comfort working around mechanical equipment.
Competencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop digital tools.
  • Well-organized and able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven teamwork, interpersonal, leadership and planning skills.
