Position: Clinical Lead

Location: Halton

Salary: From £36,648 - £39,186 per annum

We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse to assume the role of Clinical Lead within a dynamic residential facility in Halton, focusing on dementia care.

This position is perfect for a seasoned Registered Nurse aiming to advance their career.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provided to residents, managing medication administration and procurement, and ensuring the quality of care delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise care and support staff
- Uphold clinical care standards
- Foster the well-being and independence of residents
- Navigate conflicts to achieve positive outcomes
- Convey sensitive and complex information to residents, relatives, and staff

Work Schedule:
As a Clinical Lead, you will be expected to work Monday to Friday, with one day per week requiring an 08:00 – 20:00 shift (flexible). Additionally, you will need to work one night per month for medication management (mandatory).

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Clinical Lead position, you must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Hold a valid NMC pin
- Possess prior experience in a care home or clinical setting
- Be willing to work one night shift per month
- Establish rapport with residents with diverse needs and abilities
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
