Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Senior Nurse - Clinical Lead within our residential service. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of care and support staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards.
  • Administer and order medications as required, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality of care delivered meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
