Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Lead within our residential care service in Halton. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provided to residents, administering and ordering medications, and ensuring the quality of care delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage care and support staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents.
  • Promote the well-being and independence of residents through effective care planning and coordination.
  • Manage conflict and difficult situations to achieve desirable outcomes and maintain a positive resident experience.
  • Communicate sensitive, complex, and difficult information to residents, relatives, and staff in a compassionate and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid NMC pin and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have previous experience working in a care home or clinical environment.
  • Be willing to work one night shift per month.
  • Be able to build strong relationships with residents who have varying needs and abilities.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
