About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Assessor to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a Disability Benefits Assessor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with physical and/or mental health conditions access the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, holistic assessments with individuals to determine their eligibility for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit scheme.
- Use your clinical expertise to gather information about an individual's health conditions and how they impact their daily life.
- Interpret medical evidence and compile comprehensive reports to support the decision-making process.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience in a relevant field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedicine, or Occupational Therapy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
