Senior Nurse- Clinical Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Senior Nurse- Clinical Lead within our residential service in Halton, specialising in dementia care.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their career. As a Senior Nurse- Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provided to residents, administering and ordering medications, and ensuring the quality of care delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise care and support staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Maintain clinical care standards and promote the well-being and independence of residents
  • Manage conflict to achieve desirable outcomes and communicate sensitive information to residents, relatives, and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid NMC pin and the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience within a care home or clinical environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a good rapport with residents who have varying needs and abilities
  • Be willing to work 1 x night shift a month
