We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National IT Specialist to join our ALDI National IT Logistics Warehouse Management team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for deploying Manhattan WMS to ALDI Warehouses.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a deep understanding of user requirements and open issues for the area of responsibility and take action to resolve these
- Liaise with project leads to adopt and action any changes where these relate to applicable business areas
- Utilize various channels of communication to liaise with stakeholders across all levels within the company, as well as external partners
- Coordinate and direct NIT colleagues, consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers as required
- Assist with the deployment of Manhattan solutions and provide hypercare support
- Assist with Manhattan configuration topics
- Assist with implementing changes
- Assist with data creation and solution testing
- Stay up-to-date with operational business processes and identify systematic improvements
- Explore new technical approaches and identify systematic improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
- Assist with all relevant project tasks
- Manage tickets, problems, requests, tasks, and demands end-to-end
- Create and maintain relevant documentation for releases and enhancements
- Enthusiasm and interest in building cross-disciplinary knowledge around Manhattan and upstream/downstream systems
- Technically minded with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Highly self-motivated and inquisitive
- Technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Solutions, ideally Manhattan
- SQL Expert
- Microsoft applications - Outlook, One Note, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Salary starting from £36,220 rising to £52,410
- 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday-Friday, with the opportunity for remote working 2 days per week
