We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Role Overview

Conduct comprehensive weekly assessments of the store alongside Management and the in-store team to strategize tasks and provide clear guidance for upcoming weeks, aligning with marketing initiatives and corporate visual merchandising directives. Collaborate with floor managers and their teams to ensure that brands are displayed in a commercially viable manner, adhering to their unique identities, the Frasers approach, and utilizing the Visual Guidelines, Brand Segmentation, and Seasonal Stylefiles provided by the corporate visual merchandising teams. Deliver prompt feedback to team members, acknowledging achievements and constructively addressing areas for improvement. Leverage expertise to mentor and develop shop floor teams, enhancing their confidence and merchandising capabilities by taking ownership of the visual presentation within the store. Foster a compelling shopping experience by consistently achieving outstanding visual standards through effective, commercial, and sophisticated merchandising of brands, window displays, and shop floor arrangements in accordance with corporate guidelines. Develop seasonal highlight areas to align with marketing and visual communication strategies. Respond proactively to top-selling and key products in the store, providing feedback to the corporate visual merchandising team. Actively participate in the setup and documentation of seasonal model displays across all departments. Partner closely with Managers to execute promotions and events that meet timelines, comply with company standards, and optimize sales performance. Ensure adequate supplies of point-of-sale materials and visual tools to maintain a strong visual message at all times.

Required Skills / Experience / Knowledge

Experience in visual merchandising or retail management. Strong time management abilities. Capability to work collaboratively and lead a team. Creative and imaginative with a keen sense of fashion, while being mindful of commercial viability and brand identities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A bold mindset, open to innovative approaches. A proactive attitude, receptive to new methodologies.
