About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at New Look. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional results through your commercial acumen, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.

The Store:

Our Leeds White Rose store is a key destination for our customers, offering the latest fashion trends and must-haves. As our Sales Manager, you will support the store manager to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Working closely with the store manager and visual coach to identify opportunities to improve sales, customer service, and team development
  • Analyzing sales data and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive growth

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous management experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • A track record of effectively leading and managing a team
  • Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of sales and visual merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
