A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE AT RBH

What you will be doing...

As a Guest Services Associate, reporting to the Front Office Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out processes using our Front Office operating system.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and in person.
  • Facilitating new bookings and modifications.
  • Processing payments efficiently.
  • Exemplifying outstanding customer service.
