Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative Team Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing end-to-end sales prospecting, qualification, and negotiation workflows. You'll coach the team on best practices, streamline the sales process, and design comprehensive training programs to upskill the SDR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize sales prospecting, qualification, and negotiation workflows
- Streamline the sales process and contract signing process
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate and launch go-to-market offers
- Implement robust data tracking and reporting
Requirements
You'll need 3+ years of experience in a sales development or sales/account executive role, 2+ years of leadership experience, and a proven track record of successfully driving sales and exceeding targets. You'll also need exceptional communication, training, and coaching skills, as well as excellent knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
