Job Description

Role: Director of Human Resources and Culture

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus

Location: Central London, Office Based.

Office Based: Full-time, with occasional site travel across UK.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources and Culture to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute People Strategies: Set and execute people strategies to align with company goals, including employee experience, engagement, retention, and attraction.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to create departmental and individual goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster a Positive Culture: Foster a culture that reflects our values and promotes high employee satisfaction, driving business success.
  • Oversee Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives and programs.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Resolve Employee Concerns: Resolve employee concerns and conflicts fairly and efficiently, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and Develop the People Team: Lead and develop the existing people team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
