Position Overview:

ExFlora Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technological initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our online shopping platform, designed to transform the fashion retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the evolution of ExFlora's core technological frameworks.
  • Manage the comprehensive development of applications across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • Work in close partnership with the Business Development Manager to synchronize technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Implement and oversee Agile and Scrum methodologies to guarantee effective project execution.
  • Foster innovation in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) to enrich user engagement.
  • Ensure the seamless incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse team of developers, designers, and technical professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development for mobile and web platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
  • Interest and experience in AR and VR technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Understanding of software integration within applications.

Compensation Structure:

  • Equity-based remuneration: 4.5% equity vested over a three-year period (1.5% at the conclusion of each year).
  • Profit-sharing compensation until a profit threshold is achieved.
  • Transition to a full-time position with a fixed salary upon reaching the profit threshold, while retaining equity shares.
