About the Role:

HBF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our successful Customer Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Manage defects systems to ensure issues are correctly recorded and maintained.
  • Coordinate diaries for Customer Service Operatives as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties relevant to the Customer Service team.
  • Process visit reports, entering information into the portal.
  • Coordinate tasks and instructions for Customer Service Operatives and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of work.
  • Monitor subcontractor work to ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide management information to senior management.
  • Evaluate and escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to required policies and procedures.
  • Plan the allocation of work for Customer Service Technicians and subcontractors to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent written and verbal skills. You should have a good understanding of product knowledge on new developments and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role in a medium or large housebuilder is essential.

Requirements:

  • IT literacy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, staying calm and in control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full understanding of NHBC regulations and tolerances.
