Retail Services Administrator

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Retail Services Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for any cash collection inquiries across all retail locations.
  • Manage consumable orders on a monthly schedule.
  • Oversee Store IQ reports and associated functions.
  • Generate precise weekly and monthly reports for site and management purposes.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations of wet stock, ensuring precision.
  • Promptly acknowledge and respond to all customer communications, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Answer phone calls within the Retail team and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Address and resolve any concerns raised by retail locations.
  • Compile data for relevant reports, identifying trends and ensuring the recovery of funds.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the retail maintenance team.
  • Assist and support within the Retail team as required.
  • Manage uniform orders for Greggs and Subway.
  • Execute administrative tasks related to Greggs and Subway operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn specialized systems relevant to the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
