Position Title: Korean: Cosmetics Sales Operations (Product/Account Manager)

Location: Surrey

Language Requirement: Conversational Korean

Compensation: £50,000- £60,000 + 10% performance bonus

Sector: A global cosmetics brand launching a new Korean skincare line in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute from the very beginning of the launch and help establish the brand.

Company Overview: This cosmetics firm is at the forefront of e-commerce and supply chain management, specializing in sourcing products from Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore for retailers worldwide. It serves over 400,000 small and medium-sized retailers with the latest and most sought-after cosmetics and skincare items, leading the market in supporting new developments in this industry. With the rapid growth of e-commerce and a significant interest in aiding smaller manufacturers, this company is expanding quickly and seeks to hire a Korean-speaking Sales & Marketing Product Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility and facilitate brand launches across various retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitating the introduction of new cosmetic brands into the UK and international markets.

1) Retail Relationship and Key Account Management:

  • Develop strong personal connections with retail partners.
  • Provide in-store training for Beauty Advisors.
  • Ensure optimal product placement within stores.
  • Design promotional strategies.
  • Assist in managing stock forecasts, order management, and shipment tracking to maintain adequate inventory levels.

2) Product Launch Coordination:

Collaborate closely with external marketing agencies to:

  • Develop a marketing strategy for cosmetics targeting retail clients.
  • Plan and execute beauty product launches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data to identify best-sellers and most profitable product lines.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of warehouse stock levels and monitor inventory.

3) Marketing and Brand Awareness:

  • Plan and implement product marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage social media to enhance product visibility.
  • Keep website content current and relevant.
  • Research and analyze category trends.

Qualifications:
