Company Overview: This cosmetics firm is at the forefront of e-commerce and supply chain management, specializing in sourcing products from Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore for retailers worldwide. It serves over 400,000 small and medium-sized retailers with the latest and most sought-after cosmetics and skincare items, leading the market in supporting new developments in this industry. With the rapid growth of e-commerce and a significant interest in aiding smaller manufacturers, this company is expanding quickly and seeks to hire a Korean-speaking Sales & Marketing Product Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility and facilitate brand launches across various retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitating the introduction of new cosmetic brands into the UK and international markets.
1) Retail Relationship and Key Account Management:
- Develop strong personal connections with retail partners.
- Provide in-store training for Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure optimal product placement within stores.
- Design promotional strategies.
- Assist in managing stock forecasts, order management, and shipment tracking to maintain adequate inventory levels.
2) Product Launch Coordination:
Collaborate closely with external marketing agencies to:
- Develop a marketing strategy for cosmetics targeting retail clients.
- Plan and execute beauty product launches.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data to identify best-sellers and most profitable product lines.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of warehouse stock levels and monitor inventory.
3) Marketing and Brand Awareness:
- Plan and implement product marketing campaigns.
- Leverage social media to enhance product visibility.
- Keep website content current and relevant.
- Research and analyze category trends.
Qualifications:
- Conversational proficiency in Korean.
- Background in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
- Experience in account management.
- Relevant degree.
