Job Title:
Aerospace Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Executive Integrity. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive new business and growth in the maritime industry.
  • Lead engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations with a confident and assured approach.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, driving brand awareness.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in B2B sales, chartering, or shipbroking.
  • Experience with software solutions within the maritime industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A creative and inspired mindset, able to think strategically and close deals effectively.
  • A degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
