Aerospace Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team at Silwatech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the aerospace and defence sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base in the aerospace and defence industries.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the aerospace and defence industries.
- Strong understanding of the aerospace and defence markets, including industry trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
