Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting job cost analyses, preparing tender valuations, and managing final accounts
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company and client objectives
  • Interpreting technical drawings and related documentation

Candidate Profile:
Estimator with a background in refurbishment or fit-out projects. Skills in Estimating, Cost Planning, Joinery, Second Fix, Carpentry, Construction, Quantity Surveying, and Interior Fit Out are essential.
